The fees didn’t show up until later, which was annoying. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I definitely wasn’t expecting the extra charges and feel like some kind of adjustment or compensation would be fair.

I ordered thinking it would show up quickly, but I really regret not checking more into the shipping time first. It ended up taking way longer than expected, and there were barely any updates along the way. if I’d known delivery would be this slow, I probably wouldn’t have ordered. I don’t think I’d buy again unless the shipping improves

I ordered a couple of items that were listed as available, and I was actually planning to use them together for a little project I had set aside for the weekend. A bit later, I got an email saying one of them was out of stock, which was frustrating because having just one of the items didn’t really help me. The refund did come through without any issue, so that part was fine, but it seems like the inventory on the site isn’t super reliable

"Exchange worked out, just took a bit"
I had to exchange my order from shopproclub.com because the size wasn’t right. The process did work, but like I said, it wasn’t exactly quick. I had to follow up once to see what was going on, which was a little annoying. They did send the replacement in the end, so like I said, it worked out. I just wish the updates had been better. Overall, not bad, but not amazing either.
"Packaging was a little rough"
The product itself seemed okay, but the packaging arrived damageeed. It was kind of disappointing to see it show up looking that way.

The fit was awful for me. I’d say it felt about a size or two off, and nothing really sat the way I expected. I tried adjusting it a few times, but after around 10 minutes I knew it just wasn’t going to work

"Really Frustrating Delivery Experience"
I was annoyed with how long I had to wait for this delivery. It showed up days later than expected, and the tracking barely changed the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really explain much or make me feel any better about the delay. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

"Canceling took more effort than I expected"
I signed up for shopproclub.com and tried it out for a little while, but after talking it over with my sister, I realized it just wasn’t something I was going to keep using.
Canceling the subscription was a bit more annoying than I expected. I had to double-check a few things and it took longer than I hoped, which was frustrating. It did get sorted out in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, just not as smooth as it could’ve been

"Felt like nobody was actually reading my messages"
I had a problem with my order and tried to sort it out through shopproclub, but it was just frustrating. The first reply took forever, and when it finally came, it didn’t even really answer what I asked?? After that it was just a bunch of back and forth with replies that felt copied and pasted. I kept thinking someone would actually look into the issue, but it never felt like they did. In the end, nothing got fixed and I was left feeling ignored. Not a great experience, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

My order did show up, so that part was fine, but the tracking was off. It just didn’t update for a while and then the delivery date kept looking wrong, so I was like wait, is it still moving or just sitting somewhere? Not a huge disaster or anything, but it definitely made the whole process more annoying than it needed to be

"Pretty good overall, shipping could be better"
I ordered from shopproclub i’m happy with it overall. The prices were reasonable compared to a few other sites I checked, and the item quality was solid for what I paid. Shipping wasn’t exactly fast, which felt like something preventable, but it also wasn’t a huge deal. I’d probably order again if I came across another good deal...

Ordered once. Later saw a membership charge and had to figure out what it was. Support did reply, but it was all more confusing than it needed to be. Prices are fine. They just need to make the membership thing way clearer before checkout.

I asked for a refund and, to be fair, it came through faster than I expected. I was expecting a hassle or having to keep following up, because that’s usually how these things go, but the money showed up in a few days. It was easy overall, though I still would’ve preferred not having to deal with a refund in the first place.

Customer service took a little bit to sort it out, but they were really nice and stayed helpful the whole time. In the end, they fixed it quickly, so I’m glad I contacted them instead of just waiting around.

"Checkout was okay, just a little clunky"
I checked out on shopproclub earlier this week, and overall it went fine, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience. A few of the pages took longer to load than I expected, and at one point I had to go back and double-check my shipping info twice just to make sure it saved correctly. The payment part worked without any real problem, and I got my order confirmation quickly afterward, maybe within a few minutes. My main issue was that the layout felt a bit confusing, especially when I was trying to see if my discount had actually applied. By the end, everything went through, but it felt more average than easy
